My credit card has been lost or stolen - what should I do?

If your card has been lost or stolen, please call us immediately on 0844 251 0058, 24 hours a day. If you're calling from abroad please dial +44 1604 54 9239.

If you've taken out our Card Protection insurance please call CPP (the service providers) on 0808 100 22 55. They'll be able place a stop on your credit card and any other cards that you've registered as well as arranging for replacements to be issued.
