If you're planning to use your card abroad please send a message to our customer service team using the "contact us" facility with our online account service. This will help improve the security of your card.
You'll need to advise us which country you'll be visiting and when, together with a phone number(s) for us to use in case we need to make contact whilst you're abroad. We'll continue to monitor your account and may occasionally block transactions and call you to confirm them.
