What do I do if there is incorrect information held about me at the credit reference agencies
Obtain a copy of your credit file from the credit reference agencies and ensure you inform them to correct anything that you feel is inaccurate. The main credit reference agencies are Experian, Equifax and Call Credit and you must ensure you change your details at all 3. A fee may be applied.
