My additional cardholder has lost their card - who should report it?

If an additional cardholder has discovered their card has been lost or stolen, they should call us immediately on 0844 251 0058 (or +44 1604 54 9239 if calling from outside the UK) and we'll arrange to block it.

However, we'll still need the primary cardholder to contact us before we can order a replacement card.
