I've recently got married - how do I change my surname?
To change your name on your credit card account and issue a new card, we'll need to see an original copy of the legal documentation confirming your new surname - e.g. marriage certificate.
Please write to our Customer Services team enclosing the required documentation, and send it to the postal correspondence address detailed on the back of your monthly statement. You'll need to sign your covering letter in your old name and also provide us with a signature for your new name.
As soon as we've updated our records, we'll send the documentation back to you, and send you a new credit card with your new name on it.
