How can I pay my credit card bill online?
There are several ways to make a payment using our online account service:
- The easiest way is by direct debit; this will be collected automatically every month and you won't miss making a payment. You can set up a direct debit by using the online account service. Once you've set it up, the direct debit will start being taken monthly after your next statement is issued. This will be confirmed by a printed message on your statement advising the amount and date the payment will be debited.
- Using your debit card to make a payment - please allow up to 1 working day before your payment due date for a payment to be received.
