How do I make a payment using the automated telephone payment service?
Our automated telephone payment service is available day and night. Please have your debit card to hand, call 0844 251 0058 and input your card number and date of birth when prompted. You'll then be advised of your current balance. From the menu, select option 1 and follow the instructions.
However, the easiest way to make a payment is by direct debit; this will be collected automatically every month and you won't miss making a payment. If you'd like to set up a direct debit, please visit our online account service.
