I’ve been charged for a subscription after I cancelled it – how can I claim it back?
A subscription is a regular charge on your Thomas Cook account that can be monthly, yearly or at any intervals agreed by yourself and the retailer. Please contact us on 0844 251 0058* to request a refund of the sum taken from your account.
