How can I pay my credit card bill?
There are several ways to make a payment. The easiest way is by direct debit; this will be collected automatically every month and you won't miss making a payment. You can set up a Direct Debit to pay your minimum payment, full payment or a fixed amount in between. If you set up a fixed amount Direct Debit, please be aware that we will always take at least your minimum payment.
You can set up a direct debit by using our online account service.
Alternatively, you can make a payment by the following methods:
- Via our online account service using your debit card.
- Using your bank's internet or telephone banking service. You'll need to advise your bank of our sort code (20-04-15), account number (08552924) and your credit card number. Please ensure your 16 digit credit card number is quoted as the payment reference (without any spaces), otherwise the payment may be delayed or not reach your account. Usually your payment will be recieved within 1 working day however you will need to check this with your bank.
