I want to make a payment using my bank's telephone / internet banking service - what bank details do I need to use?
To make a payment via your bank's telephone or internet banking service, you'll need to quote the following details:
- Sort Code (20-04-15)
- Bank Account number (08552924)
- Your 16 digit credit card number, which should be included as the "payment reference" (without any spaces). If you don't provide your account number, the payment may be delayed or may not reach your account.
Don't forget, the easiest way to make a payment is by direct debit; this will be collected automatically every month and you won't miss making a payment. You can set up a direct debit by using our online account service. Usually your payment will be recieved within 1 working day however you will need to check this with your bank.
