Can I make a payment over the phone?
The easiest way to make a payment is by direct debit; this will be collected automatically every month and you won't miss making a payment. You can set up a direct debit by using our online account service.
However if you still wish to make a payment by phone using your debit card, you can use our automated payment service. This is a simple, secure payment method, which you can use day and night. Just call 0844 251 0058, select option 1 from the menu and follow the instructions.
Usually your payment will be received within 1 working day however you will need to check this with your bank.
