I’ve been expecting a refund from a retailer but I haven't received it - what should I do?

It can take several days for a transaction to appear on your account and the easiest way to keep track of your account transactions is by using our online account service.

If a refund/credit voucher has been raised by the retailer and isn't showing on your account, please call our customer service team on 0844 251 0058 to query the transaction. Please note that we'll need a copy of the refund voucher in order to support your query.
