How can I request a higher credit limit?
The simplest way to request a higher credit limit is by using our online account service. Please have to hand your annual income, desired credit limit, monthly expenditure and the reason for your request. We'll then consider your request and advise you of the decision in writing within 10 working days.
Please note that we're unable to consider requests for higher credit limits unless your account has been open for at least 6 months.
