What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

If you discover your card has been lost or stolen, please call us immediately on 0844 251 0058 or +44 1604 54 9239 if calling from outside the UK. We'll then be able to block your missing card and arrange for a replacement to be issued.

If the card has been reported lost or stolen by an additional cardholder, we'll need the primary cardholder to contact us before we can order a replacement.
