If I pay on the due date, will I be charged a late payment fee?
If you wait until the due date to make a payment, payment clearance times will mean your payment won't reach us until after the due date and a late payment charge will be made.
The easiest way to make a payment is by direct debit. This will be collected automatically every month and you won't miss making a payment. You can set up a direct debit using our online account service.
