What happens if I input my PIN incorrectly?
You have three attempts to enter your PIN correctly. If you enter the wrong number three times running, even if it's at three separate shops or businesses, your PIN will be locked and you won't be able to use your card until you've unlocked it. To do this, take your card to any ATM, enter your correct PIN, select "PIN Services" and follow the instructions on-screen to "unlock PIN".
