What do I need to do before I can start using my card?
Before using your card you'll need to:
- Sign the signature strip on the back of your card.
- Follow the instructions on the PIN letter to reveal your PIN.
- We recommend you change your PIN to a number you’ll remember more easily - just take your card to any cash machine, input the PIN you've been given, select PIN services from the menu and follow the simple on-screen instructions to change your PIN.
Your card will then be ready to use.
