How can I switch to paperless statements?
All you need to do is click on the 'Manage paperless statements' button within online account servicing. You will be able to view 6 months of statements.
When your new statement is ready we will send you an email alert, please ensure that you keep your email address up to date. We stop posting statements to you so it's important that you keep your contact details up to date.
If you decide to switch back to paper statements at a later date, it's easy to do, just return to this page and click on 'Start receiving paper statements' again.
