How do I unlock the PIN on my card?

Take your card to any ATM, input your PIN and select "PIN Services". Then follow the on-screen instructions to "unlock your PIN"

If you've forgotten your PIN, please log in to online acount service and click on Request PIN Reminder.  Follow the on-screen instructions and a PIN will be sent to your postal address.  You should receive this within 5 working days.
