You can transfer the balance from another credit card or store card to your account and enjoy a promotional interest rate on the amount transferred. Details of promotional offers (and associated handling charges) are available by calling our Customer Services team on 0844 251 0058.
If you want to proceed, you'll need to have your credit card to hand and be ready to advise us of the card number(s) of the credit or store card(s) you want to transfer balance(s) from, and the amount(s) that you wish to transfer.
When you make a payment to your account, it will go towards paying off your balance transfer first. Any purchases you've made will be charged at your standard interest rate. Your repayments will not start reducing the amount you spend on purchases until the transferred balance has been cleared.
At the end of the promotional offer period, if your promotional balance has not been paid off fully, we'll charge you interest at your standard interest rate on any outstanding amount.
