How am I protected against fraud?
You're financially protected against credit card fraud; as long as you've not been negligent (for example, by disclosing your PIN) you won't be liable for any fraud which may take place on your account.
From time to time, we may call you to check that transactions on your account are genuine. These calls have nothing to do with your credit worthiness - we're simply trying to ensure that the person using the card is you.
